Krembo Bakery will be the ONLY parve kosher bakery in the San Francisco Bay Area. It is housed in the new North Peninsula Chabad Center. We will serve the Chabad North Peninsula with weekly Challah, babkah, tiny krembo, cakes, cookies, celebration cakes, savory items like crackers and croutons, lite take away packaged lunch snacks and many other Jewish baked goods (seasonal and holiday items) as well as coffee, tea, water and juice. The bakery’s primary target market will be the consumers who are part of the Chabad community: Preschool families, teen programs, holiday programs, religious services, adult programming, etc . Its secondary market will be the broader local Jewish community.
The tone and ambiance of the bakery/café will exude an Israeli vibe and will be warm and inviting – Hamish! Consumers will be able to order online and pick up items to take home or order onsite and sit in the café.
